Umais Ahmed

Umais Ahmed is a dedicated International Affairs Columnist currently contributing to The Diplomatic Insight, The Friday Times, and Modern Diplomacy since May 2023, providing in-depth analysis of global politics and recent developments in international relations. Umais also serves as the Management Director of the Karachi University Theatre and Drama Society since September 2021. Previously, Umais worked as a Research Intern at the Pakistan Institute of Labor Education and Research (PILER) from February to April 2023 and as a Social Worker at G17 Global from May 2022 to January 2023. Umais is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at Karachi University, expected to graduate in September 2024.
