Cara Fullerton

Cara Fullerton is currently the Senior Director of People Operations at Modern Energy, a clean energy company dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions in the United States and Brazil. Previously, Cara held various roles at Educators for Excellence, including National Director of Special Projects & Impact and National Project Manager. Cara also worked as a Senior Talent Consultant at Voyager Consulting, a Teacher at Duval County Public Schools, and a Corp Member at Teach For America. Cara graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies and Psychology from Rice University. Throughout their career, Cara has demonstrated a strong commitment to education, project management, and talent consulting.
