Larry Emond

Larry Emond is currently the Senior Partner at Modern Executive Solutions, where Larry handles talent advisory, leadership assessment, and executive search. Prior to this, Larry spent nearly three decades at Gallup, holding various high-level positions such as Managing Director - Global Leadership Advisory, Managing Partner for West USA, Asia, and the Middle East, Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Publisher, and Vice President in Japan. Larry also worked as a Senior Analyst at Japan Management Association Research Institute before joining Gallup. Larry's educational background includes a degree in International Commerce, Asian Studies, and Japanese from San Diego State University.
