Tyler Stepp

Tyler Stepp currently serves as the Senior Director of the JGR Partner Network at Joe Gibbs Racing, a role assumed in January 2024, after previously holding the position of Director of Partnerships. Prior to this, Tyler was with Premiere Building Maintenance Corporation from August 2021 to November 2023, serving as Director of Business Development and gaining experience as a Sales Associate and Contract Manager Trainee. Tyler's earlier career includes significant contributions at Carson-Newman University from August 2014 to August 2021, where roles included Associate Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, Head Cross Country Coach, Assistant Track & Field Coach, and Graduate Assistant for Track and Field & Cross Country. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from East Tennessee State University and an M.B.A. in Business Leadership from Carson-Newman University, complemented by training at Sandler.
