Tyler Stepp

Tyler Stepp has extensive experience in leadership and partnership development across various sectors. From January 2024 to April 2025, Tyler served as Senior Director of the JGR Partner Network and held the title of Director of Partnerships at Joe Gibbs Racing. Prior to this, from August 2021 to November 2023, Tyler was the Director of Business Development at Premiere Building Maintenance Corporation, where roles included Sales Associate and Contract Manager Trainee. Tyler started at Carson-Newman University in August 2014 and served as Associate Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach, and Graduate Assistant for Track and Field & Cross Country until August 2021. Tyler earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Leadership from Carson-Newman University.
