Tom Woods

Tom Woods is the Vice President of Operations at MGP. He has over 30 years of expertise in implementing new technologies, managing diverse teams, and supporting utilities across North America to reach success with their strategic projects. He easily communicates throughout the customer’s organization, engaging the project teams and discussing high-level strategy and program management with executives.

Tom has extensive management experience in all aspects of company operations with a proven track record of success resulting in bottom-line results.

Prior to MGP, Tom was the Program Manager for Grid Modernization at Woodard & Curran and before that the Senior Consultant of Wireless Network Deployment at Tilson. Tom’s professional demeanor and recognized track record of completing projects on schedule and scope are attributed to his time spent with the United States Navy where he was an Electronic Warfare Technician.
