Previously, D'Ignazio held various roles at Newfront Insurance and Reflektive, focusing on team management, operational metrics, and process design. D'Ignazio has a proven track record of coaching teams, driving key performance indicators, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences. With a background in account management and operational oversight from earlier roles at StellaService and Amica Mutual Insurance, D'Ignazio brings extensive expertise in developing strategic initiatives and fostering inclusive team cultures. D'Ignazio earned a B.A. in Government from William & Mary and has international experience studying at the University of Cape Town.
