Dariush Khaleghi

Dariush "DK" Khaleghi is a leadership development facilitator, consultant, and coach with extensive experience in both academic and organizational settings. Currently serving at Leadership Archetype LLC since January 2010, DK empowers individuals and teams through transformative leadership development. Additionally, DK is a leadership development coach for Modern Health and an MPA and undergraduate faculty member at The Evergreen State College, focusing on transformative leadership and emotional intelligence. Previous roles include faculty positions at the University of Washington Bothell, as well as director of human resources at Nisqually Business Enterprises and executive director of the Human Rights Commission for the State of Washington. DK holds an MBA in Business Administration, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Business Administration/Psychology, exemplifying a strong foundation in leadership and human resource management. Notable achievements include receiving the Governor Gregoire’s Leadership in Management Award in 2007 and recognition for exceptional service delivery at Intel Corporation.
