Matthew Buchbinder, CIPP/US, CHC, is a seasoned legal professional specializing in regulatory compliance and privacy law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel - Regulatory and Product at Modern Health since August 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Lead Product and Regulatory Counsel at NexHealth and Associate General Counsel - Privacy, Compliance & Security at Quartet Health. As a member of TechGC, an exclusive community for Deputy General Counsel, Matthew engages with peers to share insights and best practices. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at North, Pursell & Ramos, PLC, where responsibilities encompassed privacy compliance and risk management. Matthew earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds an MA in Ethnomusicology from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Music Performance from Belmont University.
