Kelly Allers

Kelly Allers, PMP, is an experienced professional in product management, regulatory support, and data governance, currently serving as the Director at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board since July 2010. Key achievements include developing a comprehensive data governance program, managing data quality and privacy initiatives, and overseeing AI model training for master data management. Prior roles at the same organization involve leadership as Senior Manager and Manager across various teams, enhancing project delivery and stakeholder communication. Earlier experience includes technical leadership in system development and web architecture at different organizations, supported by a Master’s Degree in Technology/Computer Information Systems from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Wichita State University.
