Rajal Dhruva, PCC (ICF), is a seasoned leadership and life coach provider with extensive experience in enhancing mental health and well-being through evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Since January 2021, Rajal has coached over 1,000 clients globally at Modern Health and previously delivered mental health support to 2.5 million employees at Lyra Health. As founder and CEO of ATX Life Coaching, Rajal has motivated hundreds of clients using strength-based coaching and mindfulness. Rajal's background includes regulatory compliance and product implementation in various organizations, including The WERCS Software, Ltd. and Henkel Loctite. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Kean University and an AAC from the ADD Coach Academy.
