Jennifer Dunphy, DrPH, MBA, MPH, currently serves as Chief Population Health Officer and Senior Vice President at Heritage Provider Network, leading innovative care models for high-cost populations. Recognized as an Emerging Leader in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare and listed among the Chief Population Health Officers to know by Becker's Hospital Review in 2019, Jennifer has significant expertise in population health management and has held various leadership roles at Regal Medical Group. With an extensive educational background that includes a Doctor of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Jennifer has also contributed to numerous speaking engagements and boards focusing on healthcare innovation and complex populations.
