W. H. Harrison Nealley is an experienced R&D Engineer at Modern Hydrogen since May 2021, specializing in lab-scale reactor design, technical communication with management, and mentorship of junior staff. Previously, W. H. served as an Associate Materials Test Engineer, where significant achievements included a 50x increase in operational lifetime for high-temperature components and the establishment of an on-site SEM lab. Earlier roles include Research Associate at the National Energy Technology Laboratory, focused on in-situ microscopy and material analysis, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at NASA Glenn Research Center, where foundational training in SEM-EDS and other analytical techniques was obtained. W. H. holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Case Western Reserve University.
