Theresa Herrera

Theresa Herrera is the Quality Manager at Modern Industries. Theresa has over 20 years of experience in quality engineering and management. Theresa started their career as a Product Engineer at GE Transportation in 1989. In 1998, they became a Quality Engineer at Nuvo/Cybersonics Inc. and then Senior Quality Engineer at Medsource in 2002. In 2015, they became Quality System Coordinator at Power Drives Inc., where they oversaw the transition to IATF 16949 from TS 16949 at two facilities.

Theresa Herrera has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Theresa Herrera reports to Tim Sweny, Co-President. Theresa Herrera works with James Kaschak - Plant Engineer, Matt Sweny - VP, Materials Manager, and Dave Jacquel - HR Manager.
