Jason Pfieffer

Jason Pfieffer serves as the Director of Marketing and Human Capital at Modern Metal Products since January 2023, overseeing marketing strategies and human resource initiatives for the ISO certified manufacturer based in Owatonna, MN. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Senior Vice President at Robert Half from March 2000 to December 2022, focusing on the recruitment of top HR talent and senior-level finance and accounting professionals. Jason's career began at Olympic Steel as an Outside Sales Representative from May 1995 to February 2000, where responsibilities included business development across southern Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and northern Iowa. Jason Pfieffer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1988 to 1992.
