Malissa Flaherty has extensive experience in revenue analysis and customer service, currently holding the position of Revenue Analyst at Modern Pest Services since May 2013. Malissa has also served as Senior CRM Data Coordinator, Account Specialist, and Customer Service Representative within the same company. Prior to joining Modern Pest Services, Malissa worked at Brackett's Market in the Deli & Bakery division from May 2010 to May 2013. Malissa's academic background includes studies at Southern Maine Community College from 2010 to 2014 and at the University of Southern Maine from 2008 to 2010.
