Director Of Business Development at Modern Railway Systems

Ben Martinez has a diverse work experience in the railway and communication industries. Ben started their career in 2002 as a WAN Administrator at Regional Transportation District, where they handled various network communication issues. In 2005, they became the SCADA Network Administrator, responsible for rail operation communication systems and fiber optic system design. In 2010, they joined Rail Services Corporation as a Senior Engineer and later became the Vice President of Engineering, overseeing the engineering staff and supporting sales. In 2017, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Modern Communication Systems and then transitioned to LTK Engineering Services as a Senior Systems Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at both Modern Railway Systems and Modern Communication Systems.

Ben Martinez attended the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a BBS/IS degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Diplomat, Level 2, Leader, Level 3, Organized Professional, Level 1 from Dale Carnegie Digital in June 2015, as well as a Step Up to Leadership certification from Dale Carnegie Training in June 2015.
