David Phung

David Phung is a Senior Estimator at Modern Railway Systems, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, David accumulated extensive experience at L.K. Comstock National Transit LLC, serving as a Lead Estimator, Senior Estimator, and Estimator from January 2008 to May 2023. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing the program in 2007.
