Johnny "Juan" Harris - Chavez has extensive experience in the engineering and maintenance sectors, currently serving as a Systems Test Engineer at Modern Railway Systems since April 2021. Previously, Johnny held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Portland Streetcar, Inc. from March 2017 to April 2021. Earlier in Johnny's career, a role as a Test Engineer at Modern Railway Systems from August 2008 to December 2016 provided a strong foundation in testing systems.
