Mike Weber

Mike Weber is a Senior Signal Engineer at Modern Railway Systems since June 2020, specializing in signal and PTC design for various rail clients across North America. Prior experience includes roles as Manager PTC Signal Design and PTC - Systems Validation Engineer at CN from October 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed wayside PTC configuration, validation, and vital signal design, as well as leading a project on georeferenced right-of-way video capture. Additionally, Mike served as a Train Control Systems Engineer, providing dispatch support at CN. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Online Editor and Visual Effects Editor at Optimus, and freelance work as a Technical Director at Trio Video. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
