Ben Reeve

Ben Reeve is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Modern Synthesis, focusing on bringing new materials to life. Prior to their current role, Ben served as an advisor and Founding Scientist at Puraffinity. Ben also has a background in engineering bacteria for biomaterial production during their doctoral studies at Imperial College London. Additionally, Ben has experience as a Researcher at the University of Cambridge iGEM team and as a Research Assistant at the Medical Research Council Harwell. Ben holds a Ph.D in Bioengineering/Synthetic Biology from Imperial College London and a MA in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
