Ann is a co-founder of Modern Teacher and co-creator of the Digital Convergence Framework, Modern Teacher’s proprietary methodology that drives the mission to support district’s with the roadmap to build capacity for change at scale, transform the student experience, and empower modern teachers.

Dr. Chavez’s work is inspired by the potential to rethink & improve how we serve America’s communities through the collective thinking & action of the nation’s most forward-thinking leaders & educators. Together, we can empower student ownership & agency, build capacities for the modern graduate, and continuously infuse new best practices into teaching & learning.
