Bridget Atkinson

Bridget Atkinson, SPHR, has over 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Bridget has served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at GTSI Corporation and 1901 Group, LLC, where they implemented strategic human capital management programs. At Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), they were the Executive Vice President Human Resources, partnering with senior management to develop strategic HR plans. Bridget also held roles at AdvantEdge Performance Solutions, PFM (Prison Fellowship), Hughes Network Systems, and Oxford & Associates / Perry White, showcasing their expertise in human capital strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and development.

Bridget Atkinson, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Hope College. Bridget also holds various certificates in Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School, Leadership Coaching and Organizational Performance from George Mason University, Human Capital Leadership from Harvard Business School, and an Executive Leadership Program from Duke University. In addition, they are certified as a Human Capital Strategist by the Human Capital Institute.
