David Messina

David Messina has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. David began their career as a Software Analyst at EI DuPont de Nemours in 1978 before moving on to work as a Data Base Analyst at BMC Computer Software. In 1981, they joined Lockheed Martin, where they held the position of Director for over three decades. In 2016, they became a Principal Consultant at Deep Water Point, specializing in strategy and business development for Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism. Most recently, in 2018, Messina was appointed as the Executive Vice President of the National Security Division at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), where they lead the company's efforts in delivering engineering services and technology solutions to solve global problems.

David Messina completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Statistics at the University of Delaware from 1974 to 1978. David then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in International MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 1999 to 2001.
