Jay Willis

With over 40 years of experience in the field, Jay Willis has served as a Major in the US Army for two decades, specializing in Air Defense under SDIO. Currently, Willis holds the position of Principal Engineer at MTSI since 2012, after working in a similar role at BAE Systems for almost two decades prior.
