John Koster

John Koster has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. John started as an Electrical Engineer at HNTB in 1996, then transitioned to the US Army as an Officer. John continued their career in systems engineering at Parsons Corporation before joining Booz Allen Hamilton as a Principal/Director, focusing on C5ISR and IT infrastructure programs. In 2019, they moved to CACI International Inc as a Senior Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. with a proven track record of strategy development, technology delivery, team building, and business portfolio leadership.

John Koster holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. John obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2017.
