Kristin Herder

Kristin Herder has extensive experience in program management and acquisition within the defense sector, currently serving as Senior Program Manager and subject matter expert at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. since July 2017, focusing on the F-15 OFP & Special Programs Branch and MIDS JTRS program. Prior roles include Course Director and Instructor of Acquisition Management at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where Kristin delivered extensive education to over 2,100 students annually. Previous positions in the United States Air Force involved managing global programs, overseeing senior officer personnel issues, and leading significant teams dedicated to advanced drone systems, demonstrating a strong command of defense acquisition and leadership. Kristin holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a B.B.A. from Angelo State University.
