Duncan Ward is an accomplished board member and executive leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as a board member for Modern Times Beer, Two Hands America, Inc., Buona Forchetta, and Buffalo Grill, Duncan holds the position of Executive Chairman at Victorum Corporate Strategists, where expertise in corporate strategy and turnaround for the leisure and restaurant markets is applied. Previously, Duncan provided strategic advisory to Dunkin', Copa Vida, and Menya Ultra, a Michelin Guide recommended Japanese ramen chain. Educational background includes an Executive MBA in International Business from Henley Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Hull.

Modern Times Beer
Modern Times is a 30bbl production brewery in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego. Modern Times is named after a beautifully crazy utopian community founded in 1850, and (almost) all of our beers are named after real utopian experiments or mythological utopias. Today, we're distributed throughout Southern California, with a tasting room at the brewery as well as in San Diego’s North Park community. We brewed our first batch on May 18th, 2013; our beer went on tap for the first time on June 24th 2013; we held the soft opening for the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room on August 9th, 2013; and our Grand Opening was September 7th, 2013.
