Jeff Noble is an accomplished General Manager at Modern Times Beer, leading a team of bartenders and servers since October 2016, focusing on inspired leadership and innovative marketing strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Hospitality Operations Lead, where Jeff effectively trained staff to achieve outstanding customer service metrics. Prior to that, Jeff was the Lead Beer Server at Green Flash Brewing Co., providing exceptional communication to enhance guest experiences. Jeff's career began in marketing at Woodstock's Pizza, where promotional events and partnerships significantly boosted sales. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University.

Modern Times Beer
Modern Times is a 30bbl production brewery in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego. Modern Times is named after a beautifully crazy utopian community founded in 1850, and (almost) all of our beers are named after real utopian experiments or mythological utopias. Today, we're distributed throughout Southern California, with a tasting room at the brewery as well as in San Diego’s North Park community. We brewed our first batch on May 18th, 2013; our beer went on tap for the first time on June 24th 2013; we held the soft opening for the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room on August 9th, 2013; and our Grand Opening was September 7th, 2013.
