Erica Libby

Erica Libby is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in growth strategy and product-led initiatives, currently serving at Modern Treasury since June 2022. Previously, Erica held leadership roles at PayPal, where as Head of Growth, management of a team focused on product-led growth for Venmo and PayPal Checkout was a key responsibility. Prior experience at Venmo included building and scaling the first product-led growth team aimed at enhancing user acquisition and retention. Erica's background also features roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, McKinsey & Company, and other esteemed organizations. Erica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
