Heather Brouwer

Heather Brouwer is the current Head of Talent at Modern Treasury. Heather has over eight years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Heather started their career as a Clinical Research Assistant at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Heather then transitioned into the corporate world as a Sourcer at Practice Fusion and later as a Technical Recruiter at Credit Karma. In 2017, Heather became a Senior Recruiter at Reflektive, an HR Tech company. After a year at Reflektive, they joined Samsara as a Manager of Technical Recruiting and was with the company for three years until they took their current role at Modern Treasury.

Heather Brouwer has a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Northeastern University.

They are on a team with Matt Marcus - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Juan Santa Cruz - Chief Revenue Officer, and Rachel Pike - Chief Growth Officer. Their manager is Dmitri Dadiomov, Co-Founder & CEO.
