Zeph Smith

Zeph Smith is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in financial services, operations management, and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen of America since January 2023, Zeph assists members and the Upstate community in planning for secure financial futures. As the Founder and CEO of The Cleo Bailey Experiment since March 2020, Zeph drives initiatives in underserved communities in Eastside Anderson, SC. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Interstate Battery Systems of Central Savannah River, Senior Residential Solar Energy Consultant at Sunrun Solar, and Regional Manager at both AAA Carolinas and Clark Tire & Automotive Inc., where responsibilities ranged from staff development to policy implementation and client account management. Additionally, Zeph served as Regional Director at SEI Environmental Inc., overseeing operations related to environmental remediation, and was the Owner of Carolina Landscapes, successfully expanding a small business into a full-service landscape organization. Education was pursued at York Technical College.
