Patricia Rivera Falcón

Patricia Rivera Falcón currently serves as Director of Engineering - Strategic Projects at Moderna, starting in 2024. Previously, Patricia held the position of Associate Director - Project Engineering at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, Patricia worked as Sr. Manager - External Manufacturing Project Management at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2017 to 2021 and as Project Manager at Pro Assets Inc. & Oxford Global Resources from 2014 to 2017, collaborating with clients such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Genentech. Patricia's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer at Amgen, Associate Project Manager / Automation Engineer at Global Automation Partners, and Process Development Engineer at Amgen, with clients including Genentech and Abbott. Patricia began their career as a Process Support Engineer at Abbott Laboratories. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
