Phillip Chen

Phillip Chen is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a demonstrated history of driving global strategies and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global TA Operations lead at Moderna since March 2023, Phillip focuses on scaling operations and maturing processes as the company expands into key growth markets. Prior roles include leading global talent acquisition operations at OneTrust and building the Talent Attraction team at Veeva Systems. While at VMware, Phillip managed global talent acquisition programs and strategy, enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. Phillip co-founded Hobnob, aimed at helping individuals find fulfilling careers, and has held key recruitment roles at notable firms like Deloitte and Sapient. Phillip holds a BBA in Organization Management Consulting and Marketing from Emory University.
