Ethel Lozano

Ethel Lozano currently serves as the Global Associate Director of Trade Operations & Compliance at Moderna, a role commenced in September 2021, focusing on ensuring compliance with import/export regulations in the EMEA and APAC regions. Previously, Ethel held the position of Global Senior Trade Compliance at Burberry, where strategic delivery of trade compliance and coordination of AEO implementation were key responsibilities. Ethel's experience also includes significant roles at GSK as Import/Export Trade Compliance Lead and Customs Duty SME, managing global customs processes and compliance. Early career positions included Category Procurement and Project Manager at Würth España, Planner and Buyer Supervisor at Clorox, and import coordination roles at BDF and Merck Sharp & Dohme de México. Ethel holds an International MBA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
