Frances Priddy

Frances Priddy is an accomplished professional in clinical development and vaccine research, currently serving as Executive Director for Clinical Development of COVID-19 vaccines at Moderna since July 2022, where leadership has facilitated the approval processes for five mRNA vaccine products worldwide. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of Vaccine Alliance Aotearoa New Zealand, leading national COVID-19 vaccine initiatives, and as Chief Medical Officer at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, overseeing strategies for infectious disease vaccines and therapies. Frances Priddy also consulted independently on vaccine development from 2019 to 2022 and held roles in medical education and public health, including significant contributions to HIV/AIDS care and research. Educational qualifications include an MD from the University of California, San Francisco, an MPH from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from Brown University.
