Hazael Ajayi

Hazael Ajayi is a Principal Research Associate at Moderna since January 2022, responsible for implementing quality standards and authoring procedural documents. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from February 2019 to December 2021, where Hazael developed Standard Operating Procedures and managed CAPA workflow processes. Earlier roles include a Clinical Research Intern at Boston Children's Hospital, contributing to a study on autistic patients, and various positions with the Student National Medical Association, focused on enhancing membership benefits. Hazael also has teaching experience as a 4th Grade Teaching Intern and Saturday Academy Tutor. Hazael holds an M.B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from Stony Brook University.
