James Gaus

James Gaus is a Process Development Engineer II at Moderna, with a background that includes experience as a Process Development Engineer I at the same company. Prior to joining Moderna in August 2021, James was an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Gomez Lab at Penn State University from August 2017 to May 2021 and worked part-time in Information Resources and Services Support at Paterno Library during the same period. James also served as a Home Health Aide for Unique Aid in the summer of 2020 and interned at West Pharmaceutical Services in 2019, focusing on post-commercial development studies in a laboratory setting. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Biological Chemical Engineering at Lehigh University, expected to graduate in December 2025.
