Keri Shroyer

Keri Shroyer is an experienced professional in executive compensation and global equity, currently serving as Senior Director at Moderna since June 2022. Prior to this role, Keri held key positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director and Head of Executive Compensation and Global Equity Administration from September 2019 to June 2022, and at State Street in various roles including Managing Director and Vice President within the Executive Compensation sector from March 2017 to September 2019. Keri's career began at Willis Towers Watson, where contributions included roles as Executive Compensation Consultant and Retirement Actuarial Consultant from July 2002 to May 2012. Keri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, obtained from August 1998 to May 2002.
