Saikiran Sedimbi

Saikiran Sedimbi is a Principal Scientist at Moderna since September 2020, specializing in immunology with a focus on autoimmunity, tumor immunology, and flow cytometry. Prior to this role, Saikiran held multiple positions at Karolinska Institutet from July 2012 to August 2020, including Senior Scientist in Platform Immunology and Manager of the MTC FACS Core facility. Additional experience includes a position as a Senior Research Specialist and a post-doctoral role at Harvard Medical School in late 2013, as well as post-doctoral research at the University of Gothenburg from July 2010 to June 2012. Saikiran's academic background includes a PhD in Immunology from Karolinska Institutet (2006-2010), an M. Tech in Biology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (2004-2006), and a combined MSc and BSc from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (1999-2004).
