Seyed Hossein Hezaveh

Seyed Hossein Hezaveh is an accomplished software development engineer and co-founder with extensive experience in software engineering, data science, and machine learning. Currently, Seyed works at Moderna as a Software Development Engineer II since June 2023. Prior to that, Seyed co-founded PediaMetrix, focusing on developing an at-home application for assessing and improving head malformations. At Zulily, from May 2020 to March 2023, Seyed contributed significantly to Big Data Insights and Machine Learning Services, designing innovative search service indexer pipelines and leading the implementation of brand/category mapping queries. Previous roles include Data Warehouse Engineer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and Postdoctoral Researcher at Princeton University, where a notable achievement was the development of a hybrid machine learning model for wind forecasting. Seyed holds a PhD in Engineering from Princeton University, complemented by degrees in civil engineering.
