Kelly Soljacich

Kelly Soljacich is an accomplished financial and asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate and proptech sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for GRESB and Moderne Ventures, as well as an Advisor for the CREtech Climate Coalition, Kelly has previously held senior leadership positions at LaSalle Investment Management, where the focus was on Environmental, Social, and Proptech Innovation, and Deutsche Asset Management as an Assistant Vice President. Earlier career roles include positions at MMPI and General Growth Properties, where Kelly specialized in acquisition analyses, due diligence, and financial reporting. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
