Chelsea Jones

Chelsea Jones is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Founding Recruiter at ModernFi since April 2025. Previously, Chelsea held multiple roles at nCino, Inc. from February 2021 to April 2025, including Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant and Manager of Recruitment. Prior to that, Chelsea worked at SIA Group, Inc. between March 2011 and July 2016, where responsibilities included Human Capital Strategist, Strategic Partner Consultant, and Marketing Consultant, focusing on risk management and customer solutions in insurance. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in January 2010, actively participating in student organizations and research during the academic tenure.
