Rachel Shaw

Rachel Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rachel started as an Intern at the U.S. Senator Carl Levin's office in 2007 and then interned at the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation in 2008. Later that year, they became the Executive Director at Modernistic Cleaning and Restoration, where they gained experience in overseeing operations between departments. In 2014, Rachel took on the role of President at Modernistic, where they developed and implemented the company's growth strategy, oversaw the management and business development teams, and handled financial planning and analysis. Rachel also developed and implemented the marketing and advertising strategy along with the internal training program. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Modernistic, where their main responsibility is to ensure that all departments work harmoniously together.

Rachel then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies at American University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to attending American University, Rachel attended Kalamazoo College in 2004 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
