Sterling McMannis

Sterling McMannis is the founder of Modernize My Site. Prior to that, they were the Call Services Practice Manager at VineaGroup from February 2014 to July 2015. In that role, they were responsible for hiring, training, coaching and mentoring a team of teleprospectors. Sterling also developed a robust gamification methodology for employee performance management and established a unique, positive culture focused on encouraging and keeping amazing people. Sterling grew clients' market share through robust Sales Lead Management programs that included inbound, outbound, online, offline, digital and traditional marketing efforts.

From June 2010 to June 2013, Sterling was the Sales Lead Management Liaison at Saligent, Inc., where they built relationships with strategic growth executives and provided them with a scalable, sustainable revenue strategy through the convergence of people, technology and revenue cycle expertise.

Sterling began their career in sales as a recruiter at SecurityRecruiter.com from July 2008 to October 2008. Sterling then transitioned into publishing and training with Quality Connections from April 2006 to June 2008, where they focused on lead generation efforts.
