Monjur Hossain

Monjur Hossain has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Monjur began their career as an Accountant at Bengal Communications Limited in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Monjur then joined GOOD RICH SWEATERS LIMITED as a Merchandiser from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they joined Aman Knittings Ltd. as a Senior Merchandiser, where they worked with reputed buyers such as Woolworths, Kiabi, and Next. In 2015, they joined PrimaDollar as a Manager in Marketing and Business Development. During their time there, they gained expertise in trade finance and handling copy shipping documents. In 2020, they joined Incomlend as a Business Development Manager, responsible for lead acquisition and onboarding in Bangladesh. After that, they worked at Growth-Finance as the Director of Sales for Bangladesh for a brief period before assuming their current role as Sales Director at MODIFI since June 2021.

Monjur Hossain completed their education from 1987 to 1998 at Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment High School, where they studied Business Studies. Monjur then pursued higher education and obtained their HSC degree in Business Studies from Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College from 1998 to 2000. Following this, Monjur attended National University, Bangladesh from 2000 to 2004 and earned a B.Com(Hon's) degree with a specialization in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Monjur Hossain also acquired several certifications. In 2007, they completed a Certificate Course in Knitwear Merchandising from BGMEA Institute of Fashion and Technology. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services. Furthermore, in 2018, Monjur obtained a certification in Housing Loan Repayment Through Yearly Growth from the Bangladesh Copyright Office.
