Desiree de la Fuente - van Baal

Desiree De La Fuente - Van Baal currently serves as the Director of Sustainable Development at Modiform B.V., responsible for R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sustainability, and Business Development since August 2023. Previously, Desiree held the position of Sustainability Manager at a top 100 manufacturing company in the Netherlands, reporting directly to the CEO and actively participating in various sustainable industry working groups. With extensive experience in marketing and management across various companies, including Invacare Nederland, where Desiree was the General Director and Country Manager, Desiree has a strong background in product management, customer service, and marketing strategy. Educationally, Desiree holds an MS in Industrial Design Engineering from TU Delft and has completed additional studies at Stanford University.
