Richard Wilhelm

Richard Wilhelm has extensive work experience in the field of IT leadership and management. Richard currently serves as the Global Director of IT, Performance Technologies at Modine Manufacturing Company. Prior to this, they were the President of Wilhelm Consulting Services, LLC, where they focused on driving change and transformation through IT leadership.

Richard has also held various roles at The Hershey Company, including Global Director of International, Amplify, and M&A, as well as IS Strategy Consultant. At SC Johnson, they served as the Global Director of IT Business Relationship Management, where they developed strategic partnerships and maximized the value of technology and process investments.

In addition, Richard has worked at Metavante as a Senior Manager, where they served as a transformation consultant and change agent, as well as the manager of application development.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals, and a track record of driving innovation and cost savings.

Richard Wilhelm obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1985. Richard later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Marquette University, which they completed in 1989. Additionally, they participated in a summer program on European Economic Community Studies at the University of Innsbruck, Austria in 1989. Richard Wilhelm also holds several certifications, including the M&A Institute Integration Bootcamp from Deloitte in 2019, the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019, the Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME™) certification from the Technology Business Management Council in 2019, the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute in 2017, and the ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from APMG International in 2014.
