Kiran Narayan

Kiran Narayan currently serves as General Manager of Operations at MODISON, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Vijay Spheroidals Private Limited in India from May 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed operations, development, cost and layout optimization, and product development. Kiran also held the role of Plant Head at MODISON COPPER PRIVATE LIMITED from August 2016 to March 2021, focusing on operations, new product development, layout optimization, import substitution, and lean manufacturing. Prior to that, Kiran was Head of Foundry at RAPSRI ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES LIMITED from March 2008 to June 2016, overseeing new product development, lean manufacturing, layout optimization, and alloy import substitution. Kiran began professional career as a Manager at Fenfe Metallurgicals from March 2002 to March 2008. Kiran holds a degree from Bangalore University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
