Chelsey Berstler

Chelsey Berstler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as EVP and Leader of the Personal Care Services Business Line at Modivcare since June 2024, Chelsey oversees a significant operation that provides over 27 million hours of care annually to more than 20 million members. Prior to this role, Chelsey held various leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group for two decades, including VP of Affordability for Medicaid and Chief of Staff, gaining extensive expertise in operations and strategic initiatives. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at NationsBenefits and as Treasurer and Board Member at The Redemption Project. Chelsey's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree from Bethel University.
