Shannon Calkins

Shannon Calkins, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and HR systems. Currently a Senior Manager of Benefits at Modivcare, Shannon oversees the delivery of health and group benefits, retirement programs, and leave of absence policies while managing Workday configurations. Prior roles included Total Rewards Analyst at Enverus, where Shannon supported significant organizational integrations and benefit administration, and various positions at IBM, where responsibilities spanned HR process analysis, global system implementations, and HR generalist support. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
